Christine was born on August 27th, 1918 in Parrish, Walker, Alabama, USA.1   Christine's father was Reuben Phillips and her mother was Mary Wilma Sanders.  Her maternal grandparents were James Martin Sanders and Susan P. Wilson. She had a sister named Gwendolyn. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Nelson and Mary N.  She died at the age of 81 on July 3rd, 2000 in Jefferson County, Alabama, USA.  She was buried in Oak Grove First Baptist Cemetery.2
