Thomas was born about 1770 in Pennsylvania, USA.  Thomas' father is John Murray.  His paternal grandparents were James Murray and Janet "Jennet" Armit. He had three sisters named Jane, Ann and Mary.  He died on August 26th, 1823 in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, USA.  He was buried in Chillisquaque Cemetery.1
