Stephen was born on March 16th, 1870 in Kentucky, USA.1 Stephen's father was Sylvester B Miller and his mother is Elizabeth Williamson. His paternal grandparents were Phillip Miller and Mary Polly Stafford; his maternal grandparents are Alden Williamson and Polly. He had four brothers and a sister, named Julius Zebediah "Zeb", Landrum, John L., Ralph and Kelista. He died at the age of 48 on March 28th, 1918 in Buchanan County, Virginia, USA.
