Margaret was born in 1791 in Pearisburg, Giles, Virginia, USA. Margaret's father was Phillip Miller and her mother was Mary Jane Burgess. Her paternal grandparents were John Miller and Martha Blankenship. She had seven brothers and three sisters, named Abraham, Edward Burgess, Phillip, Robert Crawford, Edward Burgess, Henry Benjamin, Phillip, Lucinda Burgess, Martha and Julia. She died at the age of 60 in 1851 in Clinton County, Indiana, USA.-
