John Stafford was born on October 5th, 1832 in Whitehouse, Johnson, Kentucky, USA. John Stafford's father was Phillip Miller and his mother was Mary Polly Stafford. His paternal grandparents were Phillip Miller and Mary Jane Burgess; his maternal grandparents were John Stafford and Nancy Muncy. He had a brother and two sisters, named Sylvester B, Nancy Catherine (Nannie) and Mary. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 95 on October 25th, 1927 in Wayne County, West Virginia, USA.-
