Sy Nor Azan's father was Sy Abdullah (Busu) and his mother was Sh Esah.  His paternal grandfather was Sy Ali; his maternal grandfather was <Unknown> and his maternal grandmother is <Unknown>.  He had a brother and two sisters, named Sy Nor Adnan, Sh Nor Azizah and Sh Nor Azam.  He died in 2005.
