Sh Rohaiza's father is Sy Abd Aziz and her mother is Sh Aminah.  Her paternal grandparents were Sy Karim and Sh Hendon; her maternal grandfather was Sy Ibrahim and her maternal grandmother is Sh Zainab.  She has three brothers and three sisters, named Sy Ahmad, Sy Kamal, Sy Azmi, Sh Azizah, Sh Aziah and Sh Zahira.
