Sh Rogayah's father was Sy Baharum and her mother was Sh Halimah.  Her paternal grandfather was Sy Ahmad (Tuan Muda); her maternal grandparents are Sy Hussin and <Unknown>.  She has four brothers and three sisters, named Sy Khalid, Sy Hasyim, Sy Ahmad, Sy Mokhtar, Sh Lam, Sh Baktom and Sh Norimi.
