Sh Diana's father is Sy Razali and her mother is Sh Norizam (Noor).  Her paternal grandparents were Shohor Alhabsi and Sh Rokiah (Sh Kintan); her maternal grandparents were Sy Ismail and Sh Rugayah.  She has three brothers and two sisters, named Sy Muhd Naim, Sy Muhd Naqib, Sy Muhd Naufal, Sh Rohaiza and Sh Rohaida.
