Margaret was born on July 29th, 1896 in Dublin North.  Margaret's father was Joseph Conroy and her mother was Mary Gibney.  Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Conroy and Ellen Walsh; her maternal grandparents were Christopher Gibney and Margaret. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Christopher, Thomas, Edward, Joseph, Mary, Agnes and Rita.  She was the second youngest of the eight children.  She died  due to Pneumonia/Heart Failure at the age of 24 on August 17th, 1920 in 63 Queen St, Dublin.  She was buried in Glasnevin Cemetery.

‌Margaret and Michael were married in a religious ceremony on September 16th, 1914 in St. Michans witnessed by Thomas McDonnall.1   They had a son and two daughters, named Michael, May and Rita.  There are no more children.
