Laurence Coade

Laurence was born on March 7th, 1894 in Wexford.  Laurence's father was Laurence Codd and his mother was Margaret Murphy.  His paternal grandparents were William Coade and Elizabeth (Bessy) Kelly; his maternal grandparents were John  Murphy and Sarah McDonald. He had three brothers and four sisters, named William, William, John, Mary, Eliza, Margaret and Catherine.  He was the fourth youngest of the eight children.  He died from a heart attack at the age of 70 on March 16th, 1964 in Cork.  He was buried in Rathcooney Cemetery, Cork.
