John Bartley

John was born in 1862.  John's father was Michael Bartley and his mother was Mary Manton. He had five brothers and three sisters, named James, John, Michael, William, Cornellius, Mary, Ellen and Margaret.  He was the second oldest of the nine children.  He died at the age of 5 on July 15th, 1867 in Longfordpass, Kilcooly.
