Cornelius Witkam 
Cornelius was born on July 17th, 1857 in 's-Heerenhoek. Cornelius' father was Martinus Witkam and his mother was Willemina van den Dries. His paternal grandparents were Johannes Janse (?) Witkam and Elisabeth Marinusse Wes(t)dorp. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Cornelius, Cornelius, Johannes, Hubertus, Elisabeth, Josina and Catharina. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at 1 months old on August 23rd, 1857 in 's-Heerenhoek.-
