Petronella Schop

Petronella was born in October 1780 in Leiden and her baptism took place there on October 14th, 1780.¹   Her godfather was Jacobus Beurse and her godmother was Jannetje Gijse.

Petronella's father was Petrus Schop and her mother was Petronella van der Schalie. She had three sisters named Elisabeth, Petronella and Sara.  She was the youngest of the four children.
