Johanna was born in August 1683 in Dordrecht and her baptism took place there on August 15th, 1683.

Johanna's father was Pieter Schalie and her mother was Jacomijna Jans. She had a brother and three sisters, named Johannes, Johanna, Machlina and Elijsabet.  She was the oldest of the five children.  She died before November 29th, 1684 in Dordrecht.
