Anna was born on October 4th, 1733 in Amsterdam and her baptism took place there on October 4th, 1733.  Anna's father was Albertus/Bartus Pluijlaer/Plulaert and her mother was Neeltje/Neeltie van der Schalie. She had two brothers and a sister, named Wilhelmus, Albertus and Neeltje.  She was the youngest of the four children.
