Janke Egberts was born on September 13th, 1805 in Boornbergum and her baptism took place on October 20th, 1805. Janke Egberts' father was Egbert Egberts van der Meulen and her mother was Ynske Bonnes Altena. Her paternal grandparents were Egbert Ariens/Arjens and Sietske Koops/Coops. She was an only child. She died at the age of 88 on January 30th, 1894 in Achtkarspelen. She was buried in Kloostertille.-
