John Lansing Stevens 
John was born in 1802 in Salina, Onondaga County, New York.1 John's father was Oliver Stevens and his mother was Nancy Crittendon. His paternal grandparents were Andrew Stevens Sr and Ester Safford. He had two brothers and a sister, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Horatio, Oliver, Artimesia and Myron. He died at the age of 71 in 1873.1 General Notes
