Jedediah Stephens Jr 
Jedediah was born on May 11th, 1757 in Canaan, Litchfield County, Connecticut.1 Jedediah's father was Jedediah Stephens Sr and his mother was Mary Rathbone. His paternal grandparents were Henry Stephens Jr and Elizabeth Fellows. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named Joshua, Ira, Rufus, Nathan, Mary, Thankful, Martha, Anne, Eunice, Sylvia and Cynthia. He was the sixth youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 72 on January 26th, 1830 in Canisteo, Steuben County, New York.1 General Notes
