Orrin was born about 1822 in Vermont, USA.1 Orrin's father was Aaron Drake and his mother was Eunice Lyman. His paternal grandparents were Abijah Drake Jr and Lucy Whitcomb. He had four brothers and a sister, named Elias, David, Albert, Lyman and Ruth. He was the oldest of the six children.General Notes
