José Takaki (Ortíz)

José was born on December 6th, 1935.  José's father was Manuel Takaki (Muñoz) and his mother is Andrea Ortiz.  His paternal grandparents were Mohei Miguel Takagi (Jara) and Lucia Muñoz. He had a sister named Lucia. He had four half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Ignacio, Juan, Victor, Miguel, Maria, Rebeca, Alejandra, Raquel and Maria.  He died  due to Debilidad congenita at just 12 days old on December 18th, 1935.  The funeral took place in Panteon Civil.
