Hedwige Of Saxony 
Hedwige was born in 0910. Hedwige's father was Henry The Fowler and her mother was Matilda of Ringelheim. Her paternal grandparents were Otto The Illustrious and Hedwiga. She had a brother and a sister, named Otho I and Gerberga. She was the oldest of the three children. She died at the age of 55 in 0965.General Notes
Hedwige of Saxony (c910-May 10, 965) was daughter, sister, and mother of kings. She was the daughter of Henry I the Fowler, and his wife Matilda of Ringelheim. After her brother Otto the Great came to power, an alliance and marriage was arranged with Hugh the Great in 936. Her son, Hugh Capet, was crowned King of France in 987
