Gertrude was born in 0625. Gertrude's father was Pepin The Elder, of Landen "Saint Pepin" and her mother was Itta. She had a brother and a sister, named Grimoald and Begga. She died at the age of 34 in 0659.General Notes
Gertrude, (b.625 - 17 march 659) burried in the convent of Nijvel founded by here mother itta. She was later canonised as a saint and usually portrayed accompanied with mice.
