Edward was born in 1850 in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.  Edward's father was Mr James Grange and his mother was Mrs Sarah Clancy.  His maternal grandparents were Mr NK NK and Mrs NK NK. He had a brother and a sister, named James and Sarah.  He was the youngest of the three children.  He died  due to Murdered at the age of 1 in 1851 in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
