Mr Alexander George Gibson

Alexander was born on October 9th, 1817 in Kolkata, West Bengal, India and his baptism took place there on October 12th, 1817. Alexander's father was Mr George Gibson and his mother was Mrs Sophia McGinness. His paternal grandparents were Mr George Gibson and Mrs Christian Arthur. He had four brothers and two sisters, named George, John, Robert, James, Sophia and Ann. He was the second youngest of the seven children.
