Policarpus Luts 
Policarpus was born on September 17th, 1871 in Paal. Policarpus' father was Jozef Luts and his mother was Maria Catharina Gaethofs. His maternal grandparents were Pieter Joseph Gaethofs and Regina Milicina Volders. He had four brothers and a sister, named Felix, Mathéus, Leonard, Casimir and Rosalia. He was the third oldest of the six children. He had a half-sister named Marie Catherine. He died at the age of 41 on September 1st, 1913 in Luik.-
