Jacob (Joes) Gaethofs

Jacob, known as Joes, was born on April 24th, 1588 in Heusden.¹   Joes' father was Bartholomeus Gaethofs and his mother was Maria Beelen.  His paternal grandparents were Bartholomeus Gaethofs and Catherina. He had four brothers and a sister, named Bartolomeus, Barthus, Antonius, Cornelius and Catharina.  He was the second oldest of the six children.

They had two sons and a daughter, named Bartolomeus, Batholomeus and Maria.
