Thomas was born on September 20th, 1831 in Birmingham and his baptism took place on October 16th, 1831 in Church of St Kenelm's Romsley Worcester.  Thomas' father is George Crumpton and his mother is Elizabeth.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 73 on September 20th, 1904 in Reefton.  He was buried in Reefton.



Thomas' family

‌Thomas and Catherine were married in a religious ceremony on November 7th, 1853 in St Francis Church, Melbourne.  They had two sons and three daughters, named Albert Ernest, Henry Thompson, Martha, Mary Elizabeth and Charlotte.
