Horace Baker

Horace was born in 1878.  Horace's father was Lionel John Baker and her mother was Wairoa Esther Bellshaw.  Her paternal grandparents were John Baker and Rachel Minshull. She had seven brothers and two sisters, named Lionel, Edward, Charles, Ernest, Eunice, Montrose, Frederick, Esther and Flora.  She was the second oldest of the ten children.
