Vera Ploeger

Vera was born on January 11th, 1914. She died due to natural causes or old age at the age of 90 on February 14th, 2004.

General Notes
- Born in Dell Grove, MN.
  
  Parents were Jacob Ploeger and Lena Vork. She attended school in the Grindstone Lake area.
  
  She worked at the Halvorson hatchery and the Trail Service. She and Carl owed and operated the Red Owl in Sandstone for eight years. She then went to work at the Pine Medical Center until retirement, 23 years later.
  
  She enjoyed traveling and crocheting. She loved all of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren very much.
  
  She love to entertain and cook and never let anyone go away hungry.
