Anne was born in 1733.  Anne's father was Peter Nightingale and her mother was Anne Cheetham.  Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Nightingale and Katherine Bowler. She had two brothers and a sister, named Thomas, Peter and Eliner.  She died at the age of 82 in 1815.
