Arthur was born on September 20th, 1486 in St. Swithin's,Priory,Winchester,England.  Arthur's father was Henry_VII Tudor and his mother was Elizabeth of_York.  His paternal grandparents were Edmund Tudor and Margaret of_Richmond Beaufort; his maternal grandparents were Edward_IV and Elizabeth Woodville.  He was the oldest of seven children.  He had two brothers and four sisters, named Henry_VIII, Edmund, Margaret, Elizabeth, Mary and Katherine.  He died at the age of 15 on April 2nd, 1502 in Ludlow Castle.
