Oscar_II was born on January 21st, 1829 in Stockholm,Sweden.  Oscar_II's father was Oscar_I and his mother was Josephine de_Beauharnais.  His paternal grandparents were Charles_XIV John and Desiree; his maternal grandparents were Eugene of_Leuchtenberg de_Beauharnais and Augusta of_Bavaria.  He was the youngest of two children.  He had a brother named Charles_XV.  He died at the age of 78 on December 8th, 1907 in Stockholm,Sweden.  His burial was in Stockholm,Sweden.
