Henry_V was born on August 9th, 1387 in Monmouth.  Henry_V's father was Henry_IV and his mother was Mary De_Bohun.  His paternal grandparents were John of_Gaunt and Blanche of_Lancaster; his maternal grandfather was Humphrey De_Bohun.  He was the second of seven children.  He had four brothers and two sisters, named Son, Thomas, John, Humphrey of_Gloucester, Blanche and Philippa.  He died at the age of 35 on August 31st, 1422 in Bois de,Vincennes.  His burial was in Westminster,Abbey,London,England.
