Harald was born in February 1937.  Harald's father was Olav_V and his mother was Martha of_Sweden.  His paternal grandparents were Charles Haakon_VII and Maude Charlotte Mary; his maternal grandparents were Charles of_Sweden and Ingeborg of_Denmark.  He is the youngest of three children.  He has two sisters named Ragnhild Alexandra and Astrid Maud Ingeborg.
