Alexander was born in 1965.  Alexander's father is Johan Martin Ferner and his mother is Astrid Maud Ingeborg.  His maternal grandparents were Olav_V and Martha of_Sweden.  He is the third of five children.  He has two brothers and two sisters, named Benedickte, Carl Christian, Cathrine and Elisabeth.
