Edward Moore

Edward was born in June 1770.  Edward's father was Matthew Moore and his mother was Letitia Dalton.  His paternal grandparents were John Moore and Mary Jouett; his maternal grandparents were Samuel Dalton Sr and Anne. He had ten brothers and four sisters, named Samuel, Reuben, William, Tucker, Gabriel, Matthew, John, Matthew, David, John, Ann, Mary, Elizabeth and Letitia.  He died at the age of 85 on October 19th, 1855.
