Rachel Deem 
Rachel was born in 1819. Rachel's father was John Deem Sr and her mother was Mary Turvey. Her paternal grandparents were Adam Deem Sr and Catherine Foughty. She had two brothers and three sisters, named George, Jehu, Nancy, Elizabeth and Mary. She was the oldest of the six children.
