Patrick was born in 1858.  Patrick's father was Patrick Kennedy and his mother was Bridget Murphy.  He had a brother and three sisters, named John, Mary, Joanna and Margaret.  He was the youngest of the five children.  He died at the age of 71 in 1929.

Patrick and Mary were married. They had a son named Joseph.

Joseph was born in 1888.  He died at the age of 81 in 1969.
