Patrick was born on August 7th, 1963 in Falmouth, Massachussetts. Patrick's father was John Fitzgerald Kennedy and his mother was Jacqueline (Jackie) Lee Bouvier.  His paternal grandparents were Joseph P. Kennedy and Rose Elizabeth Fitzgerald.  He had a brother and two sisters, named John, Caroline and Arabella.  He was the youngest of the four children.  He died as an infant, Infant respiratory distress syndrome, at just 2 days old on August 9th, 1963 in Boston, Massachussetts.
