Regulus was born in 1906.  Regulus' father was Sirius Black and his mother was Hesper Gamp (Black).  His paternal grandparents were Phineas Nigellus Black and Ursula Flint (Black).  He was the youngest of three children.  He had two brothers named Arcturus and Lycoris.  He died, at the age of 53, in 1959.
