Regulus was born in 1961.  Regulus' father was Orion Black and his mother was Walburga Black.  His paternal grandparents were Arcturus Black and Melania McMillan (Black); his maternal grandparents were  Pollux Black and  Irma Crabbe (Black).  He was the youngest of two children.  He had a brother named Sirius.  He died, at the age of 18, in 1979.
