William was born about June 26th, 1883. William's father was Mr Stephen Fowle and his mother was Charlotte Knight (Fowle). His paternal grandparents were Henry FOWLE and Harriet Plank (Fowle). He had two brothers and two sisters, named John, Albert, Emily Eliza and Polly. He had a half-brother named Frederick. He died on June 26th, 1962.
