Russel John Balfanz

Russel was born on August 25th, 1917 in Sauk City, WI. Russel's father was Charles W Balfanz and his mother was Katherine Kaufman. His paternal grandparents were John Wilhelm Balfanz and Alvina Springstroh; his maternal grandparents are John Joseph Kaufman and Josephine Scherer. He had a brother and two sisters, named Victor, Ethel and Catherine . He was the youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 72 on February 2nd, 1990 in Merrimal, WI. He was buried on February 5th, 1990 in St. Aloysius Cemetary.
