John Vickers

John was born in December 1856 and his baptism took place on December 28th, 1856 in Dearham, Cumberland. John's father is Joseph Vickers and his mother was Elizabeth Key. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Vickers and Elizabeth Lister; his maternal grandmother was Elizabeth. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Henry, Jonathan, Betsy, Mary Ann and Sarah Jane. He was the second oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 29 in June 1886 in Cockermouth RO.
