Female Gertrude Nellie Smart

Gertrude Nellie was born in September 1888 in Newport, Monmouthshire.  Gertrude Nellie's father is Samuel James Smart and her mother is Sarah Jane Young.  Her paternal grandparents were Samuel Smart and Jane; her maternal grandfather is John Young.  She has two brothers and four sisters, named Frederick Ambrose, Samuel James, Edith Maud, Ethel Jane, Annie and Rosina May.  She is the third oldest of the seven children.
