Matthew Simpson

Matthew was born in December 1897 in Ellenborough, Cumberland. Matthew's father is John Simpson and his mother is Mary Ann Vickers. His maternal grandfather is Joseph Vickers and his maternal grandmother was Elizabeth Key. He has a brother and three sisters, named Joseph, Mary Elizabeth, Nora and Ethel. He is the third oldest of the five children.
