Charles Partridge

Charles was born in 1864 in Walford, Herefordshire. Charles' father was John Partridge and his mother was Emily Williams. His paternal grandparents were William Partridge and Frances Davis. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Edwin, John, Ellen and Edith. He is the fourth oldest of the five children.
