Male John Owens

John was born about 1779 in Workington, Cumberland and his baptism took place on December 25th, 1779 in St Michael's, Workington, Cumberland.  John's father was Thomas Owens and his mother was Jane Lawson.  He had four brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, William, Jonathan, Joseph, Mary and Hannah.  He is the oldest of the seven children.
