Richard Neagle

Richard was born about 1857 in Newport, Monmouthshire. Richard's father was Maurice Neagle and his mother was Ann Church. His maternal grandfather was Unknown and his maternal grandmother is Ellen. He had three brothers and three sisters, named James, John, Maurice, Julia, Eliza and Ellen. He is the fifth oldest of the seven children.
